Maranoa Regional Council is again in search of the facts – and they want to know what you really think.
Council is offering a $500 Voucher in a lucky draw of residents who take part in a biennial customer satisfaction survey.
This is the first in what Council says will become biennial customer satisfaction surveys.
Residents who participate in the inaugural Survey will go in the draw to win a $500 voucher to a local business of their choice.
The survey, which will be conducted via phone and online by independent research company Market Facts, will provide Council with valuable feedback about the services that are important to our community.
It will also provide residents the opportunity to rate their level of satisfaction with Council’s current services.
A random sample of residents from across the region will receive a phone call any time from Monday, 12 February until Friday, 9 March 2018.
All residents are welcome to take part in the survey online via Council’s website during this period.
Deputy Mayor Jan Chambers, Portfolio Chair for Community Engagement says this is a great opportunity to share what services residents think Council is doing well, and what could be improved.
“We encourage all of our residents and ratepayers to take part in this survey, whether they receive a phone call, or wish to take part online.”
“At the end of the surveying period, the feedback will be compiled and presented to Council. This will help inform the decisions that we make on a broad range of topics into the future.”
