Break and Enter

Between 4.15 pm and 4.30 pm on Monday March 7, an offender broke into the rear of the Royal Kitchen Indian Cuisine and Cafe on McDowall Street.

The offender allegedly removed a quantity of cash from a glass bowl and money from a change drawer.

Between 1.30 pm on Monday March 7 and 7.45 am on Tuesday March 8, an offender broke two windows to gain entry into the Salvation Army on Arthur Street.

The offender allegedly removed a small amount of money from the premises.

Police allegedly have identified a male offender using CCTV footage at both locations.

The accused was charged with breaking and entering for both premises, breaching bail conditions and resisting police arrest.

The accused appeared in Roma Magistrates Court on Thursday March 10.

Objections were made for bail and the accused will remain in custody until his appearance in Roma Magistrates Court Wednesday April 27.

 

Break and Enter

Between 5.30 pm on Monday March 7 and 3.45 am on Tuesday March 8, offenders broke into the tuckshop and room in E Block at the Roma State College Junior Campus.

The police report that nothing was stolen from the premises.

 

Wheeley Bins Stolen

The staff at C&K Maranoa Community Kindergarten reported the theft of three wheelie bins after noticing they were missing after being placed on the street at 5.30 pm on Monday March 7.

There were two yellow wheelie bins and one blue wheelie bin reportedly stolen from Bungil Street.
