The Roma Police Station are holding a recruiting seminar at 7 pm on Thursday March 17.

Recruiting officers  will be able to speak to you on the night about the opportunities available with the Queensland Police.

Senior Sergeant Barry  Winter, Officer in Charge of Roma Police Station says life in the force can be very rewarding.

“When you go to work you just don’t know what you’re going to come across because all your shifts can be different,” Snr Sgt Winter says.

There are many different avenues for people to pursue in their career in the police force including criminal investigation, child protection, mounted police, senior crime officers, and training officers.
